Dynamic Drape and Décor is a Special Event production company specializing in high-end event décor, custom and rental props, drape rental and custom artistic fabric work, servicing the New York and New Jersey market. Potential clients include event planners, DMC’s, venues, production companies and many others. Production facility in North Bergen, NJ. Commutable by public transportation from NY.
We are seeking an experienced General Manager with extensive decor production experience. Candidate must have strong management skills as well as experience in event or scenic design and delivery. Responsibilities include managing general company operations and managing all staff including sales team, production team and fabric department. GM will be responsible for scheduling of staff for production and event install, ensuring that all materials are on hand when needed based on shop schedule, and helping to prepare all jobs for installation. This is a hands on position for someone who like to get their hands dirty while creating amazing events. This is a fun job with a great team, and an exciting opportunity for a creative person to help grow a thriving young company. Positive attitudes only!
Ideal skills and experience:
